Power up your pancakes with the simple addition of milled flaxseed to fill your breakfast with essential fatty acids, protein and antioxidants to help you feel great from the first bite!
In a mixing bowl, mash the banana,
Add the flour, flaxseed, baking powder, cinnamon and milk to the bowl and stir together until it forms the consistency of double cream,
Heat a large frying pan over medium/high heat and add the margarine, moving it around so that the whole base of the pan is covered,
Using a serving spoon, spoon the pancake mixture into the pan, leaving a little space between each one, (I can normally get 5 pancakes in a single pan)
When the pancake stops sticking to the pan, use a plastic spatula to flip it over and cook on the other side,
Stack the pancakes up high, cover with the fresh berries and a drizzle of syrup,
