These super simple Pita Pizzas are so easy to make and perfect for when you're craving something a little bit naughty.
Warm a saucepan with the coconut oil in,
Add the onion, garlic and hot paprika/tomato paste and fry together for 2-3 minutes,
Add in the chopped tomato and mix together will, let everything simmer for 5 minutes,
While that's happening, preheat the oven to gas mark 7 (220C or 425F), cut the pitas in half length-ways and place them on a baking tray,
Spread 2 tbsp of the tomato sauce on top of the pitas, then top with fresh basil, chilli flakes, dried oregano and grate the dairy-free cheese over everything,
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese has melted,
