After years of being your standard personal trainer & Pilates instructor, I realised that I needed to take a different, more in-depth look at the human body. This quest took me to India to learn the ancient practices of Yoga.
7 months and 500 hours of intensive Yoga Teacher Training later, I re-emerged with a new, holistic way of looking at the body, I was no longer driven by what was needed to create the perfect beach body. I had discovered that if all of the body’s systems are working harmoniously, we can prevent – and in some cases, reverse – some of the most harmful chronic diseases that kill millions each year.
Diseases like High Blood Pressure & Cardiovascular Disease are within our control!
And it doesn’t stop there, if we take care of our body, we also start to look and feel great too!
Since returning from India I have dedicated my time to developing tools to help spread this information, in the hope that we can create a healthier world for us and our loved ones.
I didn’t always have such a health driven outlook…
at 18 years old, I had just found alcohol, and just lost my metabolism.
